Thank you for your very nice email. Our time with you in Osaka and Nara was great and if we should have the great good luck to visit Japan again, I assure you that I will contact you first. I'm sure there are a lot of places left to see in the area and I would certainly love to have another lunch like the one we shared with you.

Nelson and his grandson enjoyed Osaka Castle & Nara Park
also eating Okonomi-yaki,Japanese pancake.
Chopped cabbage and pork,prawn(you can choose any other ingredient)in batter
are cooked on a hot iron plate in front of your seat.
You may flip the pancake some times with two spatulas until it is well-done.
You can eat it after spreading special sauce and mayonnaise over it.
Dried bonito shavings or powdered seaweed are added on top as you like.
Okonomi means " as you like".
